The fees valid from January 15, 2024 are as follows

Examination and Re-examination

• € 550 per n° 1 Complaint for n° 1 Domain Disputed

• € 100 per each additional Domain Disputed in the same Complaint

Appeal

• € 1100 per n° 1 Complaint for n° 1 Domain Disputed

• € 100 per each additional Domain Disputed in the same Appeal

All fees are in EUR and including € 50 as out-of-pocket expenses.

In case the person or entity who carries out the payment of the fees is resident and/or has permanent establishment in Italy, Italian V.A.T. at the rate of 22% is applicable to the fees.

All fees are payable together with the respective submission by credit card via secure online payment facility GestPay of Banca Sella.
